No, workshops are sold separately from Forum registration.
Yes! Our Texas GIS Community Meetings are always free and open to all who would like to attend, regardless of your Forum registration status.
Parking is free with a printed parking pass displayed on your vehicle dashboard. Parking passes will be shared one week prior to the event.

All payments are due before attending the Forum. Final payment can be made onsite with our team when picking up a badge but must be received before attending any sessions.
Yes, the Commons Center is ADA accessible. Please indicate any accessibility needs when you register or email texasgisforum@iemshows.com. A nursing room can be made available. Please stop by the Commons Center office and a staff member will show you the room and how to access the key.
